How to refer, what we report back, and how quickly we can see your patient.
Referring a patient to Trust Care
Trust Care Physiotherapy accepts referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, dentists, employers and insurers. A referral is not required for a patient to book, but it is welcome and it tells us what you want assessed.

Please include the patient’s name and contact number, the area you want assessed, and the claim type where one applies: WCB Alberta, motor vehicle accident under Section B, or extended health.
What we report back
For WCB Alberta claims and motor vehicle accident claims under Section B, reporting follows the reporting requirements of the relevant payer, and the patient’s physiotherapist completes the forms that scheme requires. For a referral outside those schemes, tell us what you would like back and we will confirm what we can provide before the first appointment.

Functional capacity evaluations
The clinic performs functional capacity evaluations and gait assessments. These are booked as a dedicated appointment rather than a standard treatment slot, so contact the clinic first to arrange timing and confirm what the report needs to cover.
Scope
Services available for referral: physiotherapy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation, acupuncture and IMS, shockwave therapy, custom orthotics, and functional capacity evaluations.
